The current “all Epstein, all the time” news cycle prompted a remembrance of several themes from the days when child trafficking and abuse by the elites was just a “conspiracy theory.” In the fall of 2016 and into 2017, when foods were used as code words, ping-pong took on a new meaning, and Jeffrey Dahmer inspired art-work was the talk of Reddit, any number of researchers began to look into the logistics of international child trafficking rings.
One suspected method that the elites and high-ranking government officials use to ship kids (drugs, weapons, blood diamonds, other illicit cargo) is through the US Department of State “Art In Embassies” program.
The “Art in Embassies” program is an ideal conduit for moving illegal cargo because the containers, crates and boxes can not be inspected because they are protected by diplomatic privileges.
A few companies, such as Masterpiece International, have the licenses and authority to provide the special shipping services (the website is down, but we found this description of the services they offer.)
This includes in-house consultation and coordination of shipments requiring specialized expertise with other US regulatory agencies such as US Fish and Wildlife Service (for shipments that contain endangered species or animal products), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (for shipments containing objects whose country of origin is under current embargo with the U.S. or where cultural property restrictions are in place), Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF – for those works that contain such products), among others. We also operate and maintain a TSA Security Program which includes National TSA Security Coordinators on each coast, and worked closely with the TSA during the preliminary phases of the Certified Cargo Screening Program to facilitate the early approval of museums, galleries and fine art warehouses into the program.
Noteworthy, the company has the ability to ship living animals.
One can imagine that the Art in Embassies program started out innocently enough, after all, who doesn’t like art? Especially modern art.

While the official program start date was in 1963, it was originally conceived 10 years earlier by the wife of the US Ambassador to Norway, Lester Corrin Strong. (Detailed history of the program.)
We can only presume the program was conceived under the sincere love of art by Ambassador Strong and his wife, and that any nefarious associations with the program to come were due to the recognition a loophole could be easily exploited by a Secretary of State or two, such as Clinton, or Kissinger, and their minions, who needed a better way to supply the Epstein mansion (or some other mansion) with fresh children.
The presumption of innocence on the part of the Strongs, of course remains. Still, as residents of Gibson Island, Maryland, they no doubt were part of the crowd, that were almost always above the law. The Morgans, Walkers, Symingtons, Muellers, and above all the Rockefellers, were certainly at the center of the 20th century efforts to affect a “New World Order” via subterfuge of government, the financial system, and the culture as a whole, including the arts, and in particular “Modern Art.”
In either case, of innocence or guilt, with respect to using the “Art in Embassies” program to diplomatically ship kids, drugs and other illegal contraband around the globe, Ambassador Strong and his wife, of Gibson Island should be given some credit for advancing the Rockefeller/CFR agenda through the subterfuge of the culture via exhibitions of modern art around the world.
